How to pay and manage your payment method
Add a card or bank account, see it charged automatically each month, and update it any time.
Hey Quad bills through Stripe. Add one payment method and it's charged automatically every month — there's no manual step to pay an invoice unless you want to.
Adding a payment method
Go to Settings → Billing & package and open the Payment method section. Add a card or US bank account; it becomes your account's default payment method.
How charging works
Each month we build your itemized invoice and push it to Stripe, which charges your default payment method automatically. Every invoice gets a hosted Stripe page and a PDF, and a receipt email goes out once it's paid.
Your first invoice
The partial month in which your service activates isn't charged. Your first invoice covers the full calendar month starting on the next 1st — see What is a seat for how your seat and add-on charges are calculated.
Updating your payment method
From the same Payment method section, add a new card or bank account and set it as the default. The new method is used starting with your next charge.
Paying an invoice directly
You don't need to do anything for a normal month — your payment method is charged automatically. If you'd rather pay a specific invoice yourself, or a payment has failed, open that invoice from your Billing page and use its hosted Stripe page.
