- Who owns the numbers?
- Your customers do. Numbers can be ported out to any carrier at any time — we never use lock-in as a retention tactic.
- How is usage billed?
- Telnyx wholesale rates pass through at cost. You set per-minute and per-message markup per customer, and Hey Quad pushes the marked-up usage to Stripe automatically.
- What about international voice?
- International origination and termination work the same way — wholesale Telnyx rates with your markup. A few countries require additional KYC; we handle that submission for you.
