Automatic invoicing

Hey Quad pushes metered usage to Stripe nightly. Stripe issues the invoice on the customer's billing cycle — no manual reconciliation, no spreadsheets.

Dunning & retries

Failed cards get Stripe Smart Retries. You see exposure on the dashboard; the customer sees a polite reminder under your brand.

Your statement descriptor

Charges show your business name on the customer's statement. Hosted invoice pages and receipt emails carry your logo and domain.

Margin reporting

See gross MRR, pass-through cost, and net margin per customer and across your book — exportable to CSV or your own warehouse.

One-time charges

Add device sales, install fees, or porting charges as one-time line items. They appear on the next invoice alongside recurring usage.

Whose Stripe account is the money landing in?
Yours. You connect your own Stripe account during partner onboarding; Hey Quad uses Stripe Connect to push usage and create invoices on your behalf.
Can I issue refunds or credits?
Yes — directly through Stripe, or through the Hey Quad partner dashboard. Credits applied through Hey Quad are reflected on the next invoice.
What about taxes?
Stripe Tax can be enabled on your connected account to compute sales tax and telecom surcharges automatically. We pass the line items through; collection sits with Stripe.
How do customers update payment methods?
Each customer org has a self-serve billing portal powered by Stripe Customer Portal. Card updates, invoice history, and payment method changes all live there.
